ViewSat have a 24/7 fully managed playout facility from our UK Teleport and is controlled by an automation system with automatic playlist synchronization and on-air protection. Off-air monitoring is achieved using Miranda’s iControl Playout Monitoring system to ensure management of playout channels. Redundant servers are available to back up all channels, with all our servers connected to our UPS for power backup.

ViewSat provide ingest, playlist compilation and playout to distribution satellites globally. Programming can be ingested into our system via tape, DVD, FTP, Satellite or fiber.

Our playout service consists of:

• 1.5terabytes of storage – additional capacity available
• Logo and crawl graphic insertion- only available on certain systems
• Redundancy systems at additional costs
• Live events – occasional use basis and with advance notice/ extra costs may apply
• Remote scheduling software available- at a one of license cost
• 24/7 off air monitoring at out NOC
